I love the location (Old San Juan), very friendly and helpful staff, great modern design and a lot of art pieces (pop art style), fully equipped kitchen available to the hotel guests and tasty breakfast (bread rolls, toasts, bagels, butter, eggs, tomatoes, marmalade, peanut butter, very good coffee). The only thing about San Juan hotels (not only his one) is not very warm water in the shower (it's of the same temperature neither cold or warm). However, the hotel facilities, staff (very friendly with very good English) and location make up greatly for that. I do recommend this hotel especially for young couples, singletons and travelers with friends.

Pop Art Hotel was awesome.
It would have been nice if the address or name of the hotel was more visible on the outside. It was hard to find the hotel.

I loved the original modern art in the lobby, the dining room, the bedrooms, and even in the bathrooms. The staff were friendly, generous, and very helpful. The manager gave us great suggestions about sights to visit and restaurants to dine at. The communal dining room was stocked with food for guests to make their own breakfasts. Each time we came back from sightseeing the staff offered us newly baked cookies and coffee. The rooms were clean and attractive. The building itself was beautiful. I definitely would return.

It was great to find a local hotel instead of staying at a big chain hotel before our cruise. Natalia was great when we first arrived, and we had a great experience. We loved the architecture and design.
It was difficult to find in a cab at night, as there is only one small sign on the front gate.

The manager, Franklin and Rosa (who cleans) were so awesomely friendly and laid back. The other guy was just ok, but since he said it was his first day, we will cut him some slack. He just seemed too busy with a lot of personal stuff to answer my many questions. Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe he just talks very personally to people through window and on phone, but nicer than a lot of folks. I'd definitely stay again. The other guests were very cool as well. I will recommend this hotel to select individuals.
I didn't stay longer.

It was beautifully designed. Cool artwork, elegant feel and very modern chic. Location incredible. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was a little home in the heart of Old San Juan.
Water from shower and sink were linked. Sneaky mosquitos.
